Hiring a store clerk can be a challenging task. People are usually hired based on education and experience. Finally, dedication plays a huge role. Take time to look over the clerks resume. If it appears they are constantly relocating or job hopping take this into consideration. It doesn't necessarily mean that they are not right for your job, but you do want to question them on this aspect of their resume.
