Print Media into an HP Business Inket 1000 Series Printer

The HP Business Inkjet 1000 Series Printer was designed to work with a variety of office papers and print media including 25 percent cotton bond paper. In addition to standard office correspondence, this four-color Inkjet printer can print cards, transparencies and envelopes. The printer includes a standard input tray that holds up to 150 sheets and can accommodate an optional auto-duplex unit for printing two-sided documents, which saves money and paper. All you have to do is select the appropriate media and load it into the paper tray. The printer does the rest.

Determine the type of media you wish to print on. Insure the media meets the specifications for the printer. Grasp the bottom front of the paper tray, located at the lower left front of the printer. Pull the tray toward you until it is free of the printer. Lift the output tray on top of the paper tray. If the selected media is too long for the paper tray, push the latch on the right of the tray to lower the front of it.

Press the button on the media width guide. Slide the media width guide all the way to the left. Press the button on the media length guide. Pull the media length guide toward you to its fullest extent. Place the selected print media into the print tray, print-side down. Align the right side of the print media with the right side of the print tray. Press the button on the media length guide. Slide the guide forward until it is snug against the print media. Press the button on the media width guide. Slide it to the right until it is snug against the print media.Lower the output tray to its original position. Reinsert the paper tray back into the printer.
