Cut Business Expenses

Buy from a wholesaler or liquidator. When you need any kind of office equipment, check out these companies to see if they have any products you can use. Ask for a discount when making large purchases.

Shop around for telephone services. Many companies, including AT&T and Sprint, offer new customers discounted phone plans. Lease office equipment instead of purchasing. Be aware that this may cost you more money in the long run, but you will be able to save some money in the short term.

Check with insurance companies about competitive rates. You can cut business expenses by switching insurance companies. Cut back on all unnecessary items. For example, if your company gives the employees cell phones, consider only keeping a couple to be shared among the group. Downsize the staff. If you need to lay off workers because of poor earnings, you should not be afraid to do it.
